Cardio Pickleball (Lower Intermediate)

With this class, you can improve through high-energy repetition and play. This class is focused on getting a ton of reps in a fun, fast-paced environment with no formal instruction or technical coaching. Players will rotate through drills and live play designed to build consistency, movement, confidence, and court awareness while getting a great workout.
