2. Event Changes,  Cancellations, and Refunds

  • We know plans can change and weather can be unpredictable. If class is canceled because of rain before it begins, you’ll receive a full credit to use toward another class or a private lesson with Rachael. If rain starts before the 20 minute mark of class, you’ll also receive a full credit. If rain starts after class is already underway, between 20 and 50 minutes into the session, you’ll receive 50% off your next class. If you can’t make it to class, just email Coach JB as soon as you can. You’ll receive a full class credit, and the advance notice gives us the best chance to offer your spot to another player. Credits are valid for 60 days from the original class date. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds, but your credit can be applied toward a future class or private lesson with Rachael.
