Destination Pickleball is proud to provide USAP registered referees for their DUPR sponsored tournament, ensuring athletes a fair and enjoyable game. The referees will be highly experienced in the rules of the game, allowing them to properly engage with players and explain rules for those who are just starting out. They will ensure that games run smoothly and efficiently, so that all players can enjoy playing competitively and safely. Referees will have expertise in different levels of play – from beginner to advanced – so that each player’s experience is tailored to their skill level and competitive spirit. Destination Pickleball is committed to delivering a high quality tournament experience for all participants through top-notch referees and fair play standards.
Nutrition

Rain Delay
Destination Pickleball follows the USAP rain delay regulations, which states that if it rains during a match, sets will be shortened instead of the standard two out of three. All matches must adhere to these protocols until the weather conditions allow play to return to normal.
Emergency Contact
Destination Pickleball is committed to making sure attendees have a safe and enjoyable event. Before the tournament starts, everyone will receive an emergency contact number that connects to our onsite Destination Staff. This means attendees can call/text any time with questions or issues and get an immediate response. Our team will be available 24/7 during the event in case of transportation delays, weather changes, medical concerns, or if athletes need anything else to make the experience great! We want everyone to be able to relax and enjoy the tournament knowing they have support right away.
Refund
Destination Pickleball offers a generous refund policy, giving customers up to two weeks after purchase to receive a full 100% refund. If requested after the two week period, they will offer an 80% credit towards another event. This allows customers to make sure they are completely satisfied with their experience when booking tickets for Destination Pickleball events.
