Ticketing Terms & Conditions
Destination Pickleball
1. Ticket & Entry Policy
- All attendees must possess a valid ticket or credential issued by Destination Pickleball.
- Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the specified date and location.
- Check-in is required at designated locations within specified time periods.
- By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Event Changes & Cancellations
- Destination Pickleball reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an event without prior notice.
- No refunds will be issued for artist, match, or schedule changes.
- In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions), refunds are at the sole discretion of Destination Pickleball.
3. Identification & Age Restrictions
- A valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
- Acceptable IDs: Passport, U.S./Canadian/Mexican Driver’s License, Military ID.
- Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
4. Security & Prohibited Items
- All attendees are subject to security screening, including bag checks.
- Prohibited items include weapons, outside food/beverages, illegal substances, drones, and unauthorized recording equipment.
- Any attempt to bring prohibited items may result in removal without refund.
5. Conduct & Removal Policy
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, violence, or intoxication will result in removal without refund.
- Attendees must follow instructions from event staff and security at all times.
- Re-entry is not permitted unless explicitly stated.
6. Photography & Media
- By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use.
- Personal photography and videography are allowed but cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior approval.
7. Liability & Assumption of Risk
- Attendees assume all risks associated with event participation, including potential injury or property loss.
- Destination Pickleball is not liable for any damages, losses, or personal injuries.
- The event may feature loud music, flashing lights, and other effects that could impact individuals with medical conditions.
8. Medical & Emergency Services
- By attending, you consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary.
- Destination Pickleball is not liable for any medical expenses incurred during the event.
9. Legal & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
- Any disputes must be resolved in a North Carolina court.
- By attending, you waive your right to a jury trial for any claims related to the event.
10. Miscellaneous
- Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of Destination Pickleball.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
- The latest version of these terms is always available at destinationpickleball.com/terms.
